New Account Form -->

Deposit:

New Residents are required to fill out a new account application.  A deposit of $100 is due prior to connecting services.

Water:

Wentworth has a self meter system.  A payment book will be given to each resident at the time the deposit and new account form is received.  Resident must read the meter on the 1st of each month.  Payment is due on or before the 10th of the month.  The rate chart is on the inside cover of the book.

Water Service Fee:

In addition to the water fees for gallons used, a monthly Water Service Fee of $15.00 will be charged to all residents.

Sewer:

Flat rate of $20 per month per hookup, regardless of use.

Garbage:

$15.00 per month.  Garbage is picked up every Wednesday morning from the curb.  Maximum amount of garbage allowable for each residence is two 30-gallon containers plus 5 bags or 7 bags and no containers.  No yard waste (branches, rocks or large debris.)

Reading Fees, Late Fees, Reconnect Fees:

If payment is not received by 9:00 AM on the 15th of each month, your meter will be read by the Water & Sewer Operator on the 15th of the month.  You will be charged a Reading Fee of $15 and a Late Fee of $20.  If payment is not received by the 20th, your water will be disconnected and you will be required to pay a Reconnect Fee of $50.

NSF Checks:

If your check is returned, you will be charged a fee of $40.  Presenting three (3) NSF checks in any twelve month period will require payments by cash or money order only for an additional twelve (12) months.
